SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

  • Kuwait orders are processed within 24hours after order confirmation and will be delivered within 1-7 days.

  • International orders are processed within 24hours after order confirmation and shipment will be delivered by DHL within 3-10days. Note that EIKRU does not hold responsibility upon following situations; 

  1. some delays may occur due to import/export customs.

  2. custom, duties, taxes charges may incur when shipment reaches your country which is beyond our control and we do not accept any responsibility upon it.

  3. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by customer, Please be sure to provide the correct address before confirming your order, if this happens and you placed a wrong address contact us as soon as you get your order confirmation email.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Please Note that all of our items cannot be refunded. However, you can always contact us to exchange your items within the first 24hours of receiving the package, please insure that returned items should be in a “New” condition and are placed well within their original package, keep in mind that items return charges are NOT our responsibility. 
     - Once your returned item is delivered to us in a good condition and confirmed by E I K R U, replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
     - We cannot guarantee an exchange in case of lost or damaged returns, please be sure to list the correct return address.
